Welcome to Corgi Puppy Yoga by Yoga Kawa in Hamilton/Grimsby. This is an hour built around gentle movement, fresh air for your brain, and the particular joy of having a round little Corgi decide you are their person. Corgis are famously confident for their size. They will trot over, investigate your mat, and park themselves somewhere inconvenient with complete satisfaction. It is impossible to spiral about the week ahead when one is staring up at you like that. Here's how the hour breaks down: • 35 minutes of easy, beginner-friendly yoga • 20 minutes of connection and cuddle time • 5 minutes of sharing circle Why people keep coming back Puppy yoga in Hamilton does something a regular yoga class cannot. A puppy wanders over, settles against your leg, and your nervous system just... exhales. People show up expecting a cute hour and leave feeling genuinely lighter. That is the whole thing. A note on Corgi puppies Corgis were bred to herd cattle, which means they have the confidence of a dog twice their size packed into a very compact, very fluffy frame. They are curious, social, and endlessly entertaining. Expect big personalities, enthusiastic greetings, and the occasional zoomie across the mat. They are not subtle, and that is exactly the point. Kids are welcome at this one. Kids ages 5 and up are welcome to attend. Anyone under 18 must come with a parent or guardian who also participates in the class and helps the child move gently and handle the puppies with care. Mats provided. No experience needed. Whether you have never tried yoga or you just need an excuse to spend an hour with Corgi puppies, this class meets you exactly where you are. Event Reference: YK-2026-0575
