In these classes, we will explore five topics that can help us meditate more effectively: • How to inspire ourselves to meditate • What are the objects of meditation • What are mindfulness and concentration • How meditation develops wisdom • How to integrate meditation into daily life Each session includes two guided meditations and a practical talk on the weekly topic. Every class stands on its own, so you can join at any time and book for individual sessions. Meditations are practised seated on chairs. Whether you are new to meditation or have some experience, you are warmly invited to join us.
