Releasing all that was carried from the past on this very special equinox. Set this intention to step into the present moment. To do that we must notice our present moment needs and focusses. Intention for the present and then release the past that does not support this intention.

This prepares us for the Fall season, which is opportunity filled and oriented to settle. Bolster ourselves with the nurturing and caring. We need to give our best highest self, the power to act and uplift as we move forward through this new season. Set yourself up with comfort and support physically and emotionally. When you tend to your nest, you tend to your soul. So for you and your loved ones, create a secure nesting atmosphere.
