Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience

Elemental Rhyth, is an immersive, multisensory journey combining conscious breathing, energetic somatic movement, live music, sound healing. An Immersive Journey Through Breath, Movement & Live Sound Experience an extraordinary evening of breathwork, live music, somatic movement, and ritual at Earth in Sky. This is more than a traditional breathwork session. It's a multisensory journey designed to help you step outside the ordinary, reconnect with your body, explore your inner world, and experience the transformative potential of breath and sound. Often described as a sober psychedelic-like experience, this gathering uses conscious breathing, rhythm, movement, and live instruments to invite altered states of awareness, emotional expression, and deep relaxation, without substances. What to Expect Our journey begins with a welcoming circle, grounding, and intention-setting before gradually building into an energetic, music-driven experience. Through rhythmic breathing, expressive movement, shaking, and live sound, you'll be invited to explore sensation, release tension, and connect with whatever arises. As the intensity softens, the experience transitions into a restorative sound journey, allowing space for stillness, reflection, and integration. We'll close together with gentle therapeutic support, warm tea, and an opportunity to connect. No previous breathwork or movement experience is required. You are welcome to participate at your own pace, including resting or modifying practices as needed. Please note: Some breathwork techniques can be physically or emotionally intense and may not be suitable for everyone. Participants will be invited to review relevant health considerations before participating. Your Facilitators Jay Ziebarth is a musician, breathwork facilitator, animator, and multidisciplinary artist whose work brings together rhythm, live instruments, soundscapes, and immersive experiences. Chauntell (Yana) Dietrich is a Registered Social Worker, Animist Minister, and founder of Earth in Sky and Therapeutic Animism. Yana opens and closes the gathering, providing therapeutic support, ritual, grounding, and space for integration. Together, they create an experience that bridges creative expression, therapeutic care, and spiritual exploration.
