Community Conversations: Return to Routine

Each gathering explores a different part of everyday life, drawing on psychology, research, stories, or reflections to give us a shared starting point. From there, we make room for conversation, different experiences, and connection with others in our community. This Month's Conversation Return to Routine Finding our rhythm as the seasons change As summer winds down, we'll get curious about routine, busyness, rest, and the rhythms of everyday life. We'll explore what supports us, what tends to get squeezed out when life gets busy, and what the changing seasons might invite us to notice about our own pace. This isn't a workshop on creating the perfect routine. It's simply an opportunity to explore the topic together and see where the conversation takes us. What to Expect • A brief introduction to the topic • Guided questions and open conversation • Participate as much or as little as you'd like. Sharing is always optional. • Nothing to read or prepare beforehand. • Community Conversations are not therapy or a support group Finally Community Conversations are free to attend.
