Train for the Trails with MEC Every week in September Meet at Mission Creek Regional Park 2363 Springfield Rd, Kelowna BC This September we’re launching Train for the Trails, a free nationwide, 4-week training program. Join us for 4 community runs and trail clinics led by community partners and MEC staffers. It’s an awesome opportunity to connect with your local running community whether it’s your first run or your hundredth mile. What's happening: • 20-minute pre-run educational clinic • Guided 5 – 8km trail run • Post-run social with light refreshments • Enter for your chance to win a grand prize $1000 MEC gift card giveaway Clinic topics Developed with elite running coaches Carol-Ann and Jeremy Rolle to cover the essentials every runner needs to train for 10Ks to ultra distances.
