The Alternator Centre for Contemporary Art is proud to present The Edit 2026 // Sustained Practice, the inaugural exhibition in a new annual series! The Edit introduces a new juried exhibition opportunity at the Alternator, creating space to spotlight distinct groups, mediums, and themes within our membership. This year, The Edit 2026 // Sustained Practice spotlights artists aged 55 and older, honouring the evolution of those who sustain a lifelong commitment to artistic practice. Mark your calendars to celebrate artists who continue to challenge, experiment, and redefine their creative practice with us on Nov 20 from 6 to 8pm.
