Step inside the magical barrel room at The View Winery for a decadent morning of deep relaxation, mindful movement, local wine, and handcrafted chocolate. Surrounded by historic wine barrels and the rustic character of this beautiful 103-year-old building, Aleena McKinnon of Buddha Beats Yoga will guide you through a calming Yin Yoga practice designed to release tension, quiet your mind, and help your nervous system settle. This is more than a yoga class—it’s your permission to pause, breathe, and enjoy something truly special. 🧘‍♀️ Deeply Restorative Yin Yoga Forget rushing, striving, and trying to keep up.
