What Lives Beneath

Where psychology meets ceremony. IFS parts work & sound to witness, soften & release what lives beneath it all. Sometimes the most radical thing you can do is slow down long enough to listen to what you're actually carrying. Not to fix it. Not to figure it out. Not to push through it. Just to meet it so it can be shifted somatically & energetically at the same time. This is a 2-hour sacred experience created by Karlee Rose & Simone K, weaving together IFS Parts Work & ceremonial sound to create the conditions for what has been held internally to finally be witnessed, softened & released. IFS works with the subconscious parts of you that are holding old patterns, stress, exhaustion & the quiet longing for something different. Sound works with what words & awareness alone cannot reach, moving through the nervous system, the energetic field & the places the mind has been trying to get to for years. Together, these practices create a meeting point between awareness and embodiment, psychology and ceremony. What You'll Experience: Ceremonial Opening Circle A grounding arrival into sacred space. Welcoming exactly where you are. Heart Opening Guided Drum Meditation A gentle guided meditation through the grounding pulse of the drum, opening you to what is ready to be revealed & shifted. IFS Parts Work Practices with Simone Through IFS (Internal Family Systems)-inspired inquiry, you'll gently explore the parts of you holding stress, overwhelm, exhaustion or a longing for something different. Rather than pushing past what you're feeling, you'll be guided to slow down, listen inward & meet these parts with curiosity & compassion. Ceremonial Sound Immersion with Karlee Crystal singing bowls, voice, chimes, drum & vocal transmission create an immersive space for your nervous system to settle, your awareness to deepen & whatever is ready to shift to move through you. Integration & Closing Circle Space to land, integrate & receive what moved through you. This is for you if: ✨You've been carrying something you haven't had space to put down or don’t know how. ✨You're ready to meet yourself with more compassion, love & less effort. ✨ You sense there is something beneath the surface asking to be acknowledged. ✨You want to experience what becomes possible when your inner world and your embodied experience get to be in conversation. What is IFS Parts Work: IFS (Internal Family Systems) is a therapeutic parts-work model that bridges psychology & spirituality. Most of us have parts, the part that overthinks, the part that shuts down, the part that's exhausted from holding everything together. IFS helps you bring compassionate awareness to those parts rather than pushing past or trying to fix them. Through guided inquiry & somatic awareness, you'll be invited to slow down, listen inward & meet what has been operating beneath the surface with curiosity & care. This creates space for what has been held internally to be acknowledged, processed & integrated. And from there it allows something new to become possible.
