Running on empty? Craving stillness? This guided women's breathwork circle in Kelowna was made for you. You're invited into a sacred two-hour evening to breathe, soften, and return home to yourself, held in the warmth of other women. This is not a quick fix. There's no forcing here, no pushing through. What you'll find instead is a gentle, witnessed space where you are met exactly as you are...you are not broken, not in need of fixing. You'll simply be invited to slow down and be with yourself. The wisdom you're looking for already lives inside you. I'm just here to walk beside you as you find your way back to it. We open in circle, grounding together, introducing ourselves, and consciously creating a safe container as a group. From there, I'll guide you through what to expect before we settle into a 50-minute Conscious Connected Breathwork journey. We close with a sharing circle, a space to integrate, speak, or simply be held in the presence of other women. Breathwork can move emotion. It can feel vulnerable to show up. Many women share that it takes courage to walk through the door but again and again, what they find on the other side is that they are not alone. That this space is safe. I help women come home to their bodies. To slow down, trust their inner wisdom, and feel safe being fully themselves, not by fixing anything, but by remembering what was always there. My work weaves together Conscious Connected Breathwork, nervous system regulation, and somatic inquiry, held within a container of genuine presence and care. I don't do anything to you in a session...I walk beside you as you meet yourself. That distinction matters deeply to me. My path into this work began with a single breathwork session that changed everything. It was an experience that cracked me open and invited me home to myself. I've never looked back. These days I hold women's circles, private sessions, and when the land calls, breathwork alongside horses, because sometimes the most profound teachers have four legs.
