Full Moon Forest Bathing Walk

You are invited to explore the Wild Art Walk trail in a new way. As daylight fades, the Forest changes and invites us to slow down and sink in. Sounds become more distinct. Scents emerge. Shadows grow longer. Join Certified Nature Therapy Guide Claire Beach for an immersive Forest Bathing experience beginning at dusk and continuing beneath the rising light of the Full Moon. Forest Bathing is a gentle, guided practice that invites us to slow down and connect with Nature through our senses. Rather than focusing on distance or destination, we’ll follow simple invitations to notice, listen, wander, and be present with the forest around us. As the sun sets and the moon rises, we’ll explore this beautiful trail at a slower pace. Noticing the shifting light, evening sounds, woodland scents, and the feeling of moving through the forest after dark. We’ll finish our evening together with a special Forest tea. Sunday, October 25 | 5:30 PM Milburn Creek Trailhead, behind Battersea United Church Meet in the church parking lot. Come prepared for an evening outdoors and a different kind of Forest experience. You may leave feeling calmer, more grounded, emotionally refreshed, and deeply connected to Nature and to yourself.
