Get cozy and crafty in a historic mansion and learn the basics of knitting in a fun workshop you won't want to miss! Learn to Knit Workshop + Tea at Kress Hill House, Cambridge Date & Time: Sunday October 4, 1-3:30pm Never knitted before? Or just need a quick refresher? This workshop is perfect for you! Join us for 2.5 hours of FUN hands-on instruction where you'll learn the basics: casting on, knit, purl, and binding off. You'll also get the scoop on how to read a yarn label and the different kinds of knitting needles out there. It’s basically Knitting 101! Every participant gets a knit kit with all the materials you need to get started. Just show up ready to learn and have fun! Self serve tea service included. Venue: Kress Hill House, 127 Jacob St, Cambridge Ages 12+ including all adults welcome! Cancellation policy: Tickets are nonrefundable, however they can be transferred to another person.
