Vireo Launch Event

Join us for the launch of Vireo, a first look at the product, a few words from the team and food and drinks on us! Most people find out what is actually true about a house on the third visit, or after closing. Vireo is a new tool from SolBirds Inc. built to move that up. Here is what she does. Open a listing at your kitchen table and Vireo walks you through it, room by room, answering out loud as you go. Ask her how old the roof is. Ask what the countertops are, whether the floors are engineered or solid, when the kitchen was last done. Ask what the street is like at 8am, how far the nearest school is, where people actually get groceries. She answers from property data and listing history, and she says plainly when she does not know. Then, when you go see the place in person, point your phone at a room and the same information appears over what you are looking at. She is not a listing site and she is not a salesperson. She has opinions and she shares them softly, tied to what is actually true about the home. She stays out of price, negotiation, and seller history. That is your agent's work, and she defers to it. On October 2 we are opening the doors so you can try her yourself. Demo stations will be set up around the room with real listings loaded, so you can ask her the questions you would ask on a showing and tell us where she gets it right and where she still has work to do.
