Anti-Racism and Anti-Oppression Training

Join us in person to learn how to stand up against racism and oppression together! The AFLN and CYN are pleased to offer an Anti-Racism and Anti-Oppression Training as part of our ongoing commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging. This training will provide practical tools and strategies to help participants apply anti-racism and anti-oppression principles in their work, partnerships, and community engagement. Through this training, participants will gain knowledge and practical skills to foster more inclusive and equitable practices, including the ability to: • Deepen their understanding of equity, anti-racism, and anti-oppression. • Increase awareness of systemic barriers and inequities. • Strengthen inclusive engagement and decision-making practices. • Better support diverse communities through the work of the Networks.
