Join Chef Carmen Barquero for a class celebrating one of the season’s most beloved ingredients as she prepares you a selection of sweet and comforting baked treats. Learn techniques for choosing the best apples for baking, balancing sweetness and spice, and creating delicious desserts that showcase the natural flavour of the harvest.
