Au Bon Moment: CINÉCLUB*, third edition

We will be screening Is God Is (2026): the story of two sisters embarking on an epic, afrofuturistic, visually stunning quest for revenge. Written, produced and directed by Aleshea Harris. English audio + French Subtitles. What to expect: a decadent wine selection by Tiny Wine Girl, a whimsical array of floral sweet treats made by The Kyc Co., free popcorn, bissap, puff puff and more while supplies last by your host Inès. Doors open will open at 5:30pm, the screening begins at 6:30pm and we will finish with an open discussion about the film and related topics until 10:30pm. space is limited, arrive early to have time to grab collations before the fil starts. see you there! x This event is the fruit of a labor of love for art and community. more specifically, the goal of Cinéclub* is to highlight underrepresented cinema, with an emphasis of black and women filmmakers across the world. This series aims to celebrate stories that go beyond tragedy/"trauma porn" & beautiful cinematography, by breaking down the barriers of mainstream acclaim and the high price of "high-brow" culture.
