Join FLO° HAUS for a 60-minute high-energy class featuring: 30 minutes of Zumba 30 minutes of Afro-Latin Cardio Dance to the sounds of Afrobeat, Salsa, Merengue, Dancehall, Hip-Hop, Amapiano and more in a fun, welcoming and energetic atmosphere. All ages, All levels! Everyone is welcome No dance experience needed. Come solo or bring a friend and experience a workout that feels more like a party.
