Moon + Earth Medicine (Taurus Full Moon)

Each circle brings together cacao with either gentle yoga or an immersive sound bath, alongside meditation & community. 🌕 THE ART OF ENOUGH Taurus Full Moon Monday, October 26 6:30 to 8:30 pm The Reverie · Lantzville $55 Join us for Part Three of Moon + Earth Medicine, a monthly series shaped by the rhythms of the moon and the cosmic themes of each cycle. The Art of Enough gathers us under the Taurus Full Moon, inviting us into themes of embodiment, nourishment, pleasure, worth and receiving. This evening is an opportunity to slow down and notice what is already here. What truly nourishes us? Where are we still striving for more? What might it feel like to soften, receive and trust that enough can exist in the present moment? Valentina Pinzón of IndiArts Collective will guide us through cacao, weaving in story, cultural context and a seasonal preparation inspired by the energy of the evening. Alex of Nichi Healing will offer either gentle yoga or an immersive sound experience chosen to complement the grounding, embodied nature of this moon. Together, we’ll explore the themes of this cycle through cacao, movement or sound, meditation, reflection and community. No experience with cacao, yoga, sound or astrology is needed. Come as you are, bring your curiosity and allow the evening to meet you where you are. This is Part Three of Moon + Earth Medicine, a five part monthly series at The Reverie.
