Brock experts discuss changes coming to how Niagara Region is governed as well as top issues of concern in local municipalities. Hosted by the Niagara Community Observatory. Dr. David Siegel, Professor Emeritus and a renowned expert on municipal affairs, joins us to discuss upcoming changes to how the Niagara Region is governed and its possible effects. This is followed by Brock experts leading a discussion on central municipal issues, including: Economic Development (Dr. Charles Conteh) Housing (Dr. Joanne Heritz) Parks & Recreation (Dr. Martha Barnes and Sarah Ane, Acting CEO of Parks & Recreation Ontario) Public Health (TBA) Facilitated by NCO Director, Dr. Kyle Rich There will be time for audience questions. Light refreshments will be served. Please note this is a non-political event meant to inform and engage the voter.
