Coming Back to Yourself - Women’s Circle

A Reflective women’s circle about reconnecting with yourself, trusting your own voice, and making space for what you want. When was the last time you asked yourself what you actually want? Between relationships, family, work, expectations, responsibilities and simply keeping life moving, it can become surprisingly easy to lose ourselves somewhere in the middle. We get good at considering everyone else. What they need. How they’ll feel. What they’ll think. What we should do. And sometimes, our own voice becomes the hardest one to hear. Coming Back to Yourself is an intimate Women’s Circle created as a space to slow down, think out loud, listen, reflect and reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll explore conversations around self-trust, the quiet ways we leave ourselves out of our own decisions, outside expectations, changing our minds, and what it looks like to start including ourselves again. There is no pressure to have anything figured out. Come exactly where you are. Sharing is always optional. Sometimes there is just as much value in listening and realizing you’re not the only one navigating the messy middle. You don’t need to have the answer. Maybe you just need the space to hear yourself again. 🤍 What to expect For this section, I'd keep it simple: • Guided conversation and reflection • Thought-provoking questions • Space to share, listen and connect • Different perspectives without judgment or advice-giving • A small, intimate group of women • No pressure to share — participation can look different for everyone Who is this for? This circle is for you if you've been: Feeling disconnected from yourself, questioning what you really want, navigating a transition, struggling to trust a decision, putting everyone else's needs ahead of your own, or simply craving a space where you don't have to have everything figured out. You don't need to be going through a major life change to belong in the room. What to bring Bring a journal/notebook and pen. Dress comfortably. Seating will be on the floor, you're welcome to bring a yoga mat or cushion. Seating can be made available if needed. Most importantly, just bring yourself. Karthika is a Clarity Coach for Women who creates space for honest conversations about relationships, transitions, self-trust, identity and the parts of life that don't always have simple answers. Her approach is rooted in curiosity, perspective and helping women hear themselves rather than telling them what they should do.
