Set within a beautifully styled studio, the evening celebrates the rich flavours and welcoming spirit of Nigerian hospitality. Each course is individually plated and served to you, with our signature cocktail to sip alongside your meal. From the first savoury bite to the final spoonful of dessert, expect familiar flavours with a fresh approach to presentation. Throughout the evening, we’ll share a little of the inspiration behind the dishes, with thoughtful conversation prompts to help you get to know the people around you. THE MENU To Begin: Crispy Beef Spring Rolls (Golden spring rolls filled with seasoned beef and vegetables, served with a sweet chilli and ginger dipping sauce). The Main: Grilled Lamb Chops & Coconut Fried Rice Lamb chops finished with a Nigerian pepper glaze, served with fragrant coconut fried rice, caramelised plantain, and a crisp cucumber salad. Something Sweet: Strawberry Shortcake Swiss Roll Soft vanilla sponge rolled with cream and strawberries, finished with a light dusting of icing sugar.
