Join us in-person for OSHO Dynamic Meditation to let go, feel free, and express your emotions. Join Us for Emotional Release - OSHO Dynamic Meditation! This is a powerful, embodied practice that invites you to go within. Through a series of guided stages, we use breath, movement, sound and emotional expression to shake things up, release what’s been building, and move energy that may feel stuck. There’s space to breathe deeply, make some noise, move freely, and let your body express what words sometimes can’t. This can be a cathartic experience. You may find yourself exploring your edges, moving beyond your usual comfort zone, and allowing yourself to feel and express what’s been held inside. The full intention is to create space to feel, express, release, and reconnect. You might laugh, cry, shake, move, make noise, breathe deeply, or simply notice. There’s no right way to experience it, and no need to push past what feels right for you. The practice then gradually settles into stillness, creating space to simply be, notice, and integrate. No experience is needed. You’re simply invited to show up with an open heart and curiosity. Just YOU. We will be at the beautiful Soulground Yoga Yurt in Metcalfe, ON Limited to 10 participants ***A little note before you join: This is an active practice that involves breath, movement, and emotional expression.
