Fall Equinox Energy Bowl Workshop

With school back, calendars filling up and the busy holiday season not far behind, fall can quickly become a lot. You can’t control the chaos outside your home. You can change what you invite into it. The Fall Equinox Energy Bowl Workshop is your chance to step away from the noise for two hours and intentionally choose how you want your home — and your life within it — to feel this season. What do you want to invite in? Peace. Protection. Love. Abundance. Grounding. Clarity. Joy. Connection. Your intention is personal to you. During this hands-on workshop, you’ll create four personalized Energy Bowls using crystals, herbs and your own intentions for the energy you want to welcome into your home. You'll be guided through the process, so no previous experience with crystals, energy work or Energy Bowls is needed. You'll leave with all four of your completed Energy Bowls to take home and use as part of your own seasonal practice. And one of the things I hear from people after they create and place their bowls? “My house feels different.” That’s the heart of this experience. Yes, you'll leave with four beautiful Energy Bowls. But you'll also leave having spent two hours slowing down and getting intentional about something we rarely stop to consider: How do I want it to FEEL when I come home?
