It's all about taking a moment to slow down to appreciate Mother Earth's amazing gifts. Fresh air, crisp leaves, and kindred spirits —what could be better? We rest our minds, get quiet, and give ourselves permission to slow down. We turn our attention to the rhythms of life all around us and the ways we are interwoven into that wonder. That remembering and re-connecting can bring a huge sense of relief and peace, as we feel the stress drop away. We close the walk with wild-crafted tea and special trail snacks.
