Meet Our Imam Imam Dr. Muhammad Suliman leads our sermons and prayer. He holds a Ph.D. degree in English Literature from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). He has been an assistant professor at Al Azhar University. Before coming to Ottawa to serve as imam, Dr. Suliman helps various positions as imam and chaplain at institutions in Mississauga, Ontario, including Meadowvale Islamic Centre.
