Presented by Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa in collaboration with the Embassy of Mexico in Canada and La Hacienda, and led by Chef Sandra Arciniega-Lennox. Step into a celebration of Mexican culinary heritage through a thoughtfully curated four-course dinner, where traditional flavours meet contemporary interpretations. Each course is inspired by the rich regional diversity of Mexico and the ingredients, stories and traditions that on the occassion of Día de Muertos - a celebration of life, family and culture. About the Guest Chef Chef Sandra Arciniega-Lennox brings a deep connection to Mexican cuisine and a remarkable story of her own.
