Paws & Poses for Her Heart

Come for the puppy cuddles, stay for the fun, and leave feeling empowered to take better care of your heart! Join us for a one-of-a-kind Puppy Yoga & Women’s Heart Health Experience—an uplifting event designed to bring together movement, connection, education, and plenty of puppy cuddles. ❤️🐾 Created as part of a fourth-year nursing community placement in partnership with the Canadian Women’s Heart Health Alliance (CWHHA), this event is focused on raising awareness about women’s cardiovascular health, including unique risk factors and warning signs that are too often overlooked. Our goal is for you to leave feeling more informed, empowered, and confident in taking meaningful steps to support your own heart health. Your experience will begin with a small, intimate, and playful puppy yoga session, with yoga mats provided for all guests—so all you need to do is arrive, get comfortable, and enjoy. Following yoga, guests can look forward to catered food and refreshments, interactive women’s heart health education and trivia, exciting prizes, and opportunities to connect with others in the community. Whether you’re attending for yourself or in honour of the women you care about, we would love to have you join us for a memorable evening all in support of women’s heart health!
