When: October 24, from 1:15pm - 3:15pm Where: MOVATI Trainyards, SKY Studio About This Workshop: Yoga can be a gentle and effective way to support pelvic floor health. Through simple movements and mindful breathing, it helps you connect with and strengthen these important muscles while also learning to relax them. This balance can improve comfort, control, and overall well-being. About your instructor Francine: Francine has been a Yoga instructor at Movati for over 11 years and brings more than 1,000 hours of teacher training to her classes. She has a special interest in pelvic floor health and has completed several relevant courses, including YogaFit’s Yoga for Improved Pelvic Floor Performance. Francine is known for her gentle, compassionate, and friendly approach, creating a welcoming space for everyone to explore their practice.
