When: December 13, from 1:30pm - 2:30pm Where: MOVATI Barrhaven, SKY Studio About This Workshop: In this workshop you will be guided through restorative asanas (poses), while receiving Reiki from a Certified Reiki Practitioner. Restorative Yoga is a passive form of yoga that allows you to release tension in your body and mental stress from your mind. The goal of Restorative Yoga is to slow down and deeply relax. While your body and mind relax you will receive Reiki healing energy from a practitioner. The practitioner shares Reiki either sitting in a quiet meditative state and/or by placing hands on or above the person’s body. Relax and let Reiki energy heal and balance your energy. Reiki helps our body to become rebalanced so that it can heal itself. Fear, doubt, anger, anxiety, and continued stress can all hinder our body’s natural ability to heal itself. Reiki helps our body to become rebalanced so that it can heal itself.
