Reiki Level 1 is your first step into the practice of energy healing. Reiki Level 1 is your first step into the practice of energy healing. This training focuses on self-healing while introducing you to the core principles and techniques of Reiki. You will learn how to connect with universal life force energy, practice hand positions for self-treatment, and begin to understand the energetic body and chakra system.

Through guided practice, attunement, and hands-on learning, you will: Discover the history and philosophy of Reiki Learn techniques for self-healing and daily energy balance Explore the flow of energy and its impact on physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being Receive your first Reiki attunement, opening the channel for energy to flow through you By the end of this course, you will have the tools to create a personal Reiki practice for relaxation, stress reduction, and holistic self-care. No prior requirement needed. This training is ideal for anyone beginning their healing journey or looking to reconnect with themselves through a gentle, natural practice. Given in the following format: Friday 5:30-9PM Saturday 9:30AM-5PM Attunement booked for each student on following friday/saturday.
