SoulCare Saturday - Samhain Edition

Take some time to care for your worthy self. Join us for an afternoon of connection and reflection through movement, meditation, and more. Self-care Saturday What's more precious than taking a moment to slow down and unwind on a Saturday afternoon? Welcome yourself into a space of self-care and luxuriate in time to move, breathe, and be cared for. This gathering will focus on nurturing our bodies, relaxing our minds, and supporting our souls. Be guided through a gentle movement practice, followed by an extended meditation and some time to explore the many layers of our beautiful beings. So invite yourself (and a loved one) to slow down, reflect and reconnect with yourself. Hope to see you there!
