The Ambivert Advantage: Leading Beyond Personality

In today's rapidly evolving world, effective leadership is not about personality type, but about adaptability. Join Karl Moore, Associate Professor at McGill University and author of We Are All Ambiverts Now, as he explores how leaders can move beyond the introvert-extrovert divide and develop the flexibility needed to lead well in a changing world. Following the presentation, Karl will join Todd Martin, President of Trinity Western University, and Rosemary Flaaten, Executive Director of the Laurentian Leadership Centre, for a candid conversation on how personality has shaped their leadership journeys, the challenges they have faced, and what they have learned about leading beyond their natural tendencies. Hosted by the Laurentian Leadership Centre, this special evening is open to students, alumni, internship partners, mentors, and friends of the LLC. Join us for thoughtful discussion, audience Q&A, and the opportunity to connect with the wider LLC community.
