City BuildHERS is bringing together women from across construction, engineering, development, architecture, design, real estate, policy, government and the businesses that support city building for an afternoon focused on leadership, business and meaningful cross-sector connection. In partnership with the University of Ottawa, we’re creating a room where senior and emerging leaders can exchange ideas, meet people outside their usual circles and turn great conversations into real momentum. Keynote Conversation We’re honoured to welcome Dean Caroline Cao, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Ottawa, for a keynote conversation on leadership, influence and shaping what comes next. The Panel We’re bringing together leaders from different sides of the city-building table: Kelly Rhodenizer Senior Vice President, Development Colonnade BridgePort Megan Wallace Director, Mechanical BPA Kristi Castilloux Interior Designer, Project Director Gensler The conversations will be moderated by City BuildHERS co-founders Jennifer Cross, Director, Regional Development at Chandos Construction, and Kristen Cannon, General Manager at Cavanagh Realty, bringing construction and real estate perspectives into the mix and connecting the conversation across sectors. Together, the panel will explore leadership, business, opportunity and what becomes possible when we build stronger connections across our industry.
