Each circle invites us to explore a different theme through a blend of traditional and ancestral wisdom, reflection, feminine energy, embodied movement, dance, energetic practices and sound healing. Rather than simply talking about our experiences, we create space to feel, move, release, receive, and reconnect. Come as you are. There is nothing to perform, achieve, or become. This is an invitation to listen — to your body, your intuition, and the wisdom within. This circle is for women who are longing to slow down, reconnect with themselves, move what has been held, and experience the grounding and nourishment of gathering in community.
