Sacred Pause Women's Circle: The Harvest

As summer softens into fall, we're gathering to slow down, drop in, and harvest what this season has grown in us. This circle is an invitation to pause - to check in with yourself about what you've moved through, what's shifted, what's ready to be released, and what you're carrying forward. It's a space to celebrate your growth, however it showed up this summer, and to make sense of the lessons that came with it. You'll be held in community with other women who are doing their own version of the same work - women who understand, without needing it explained, what it means to grow, stretch, stumble, and rise. Together we'll move through meditation, energetic clearing, ritual, self-reflection, and sharing in small and large groups - with plenty of space for rest and connection woven throughout. This will be my last circle at Rich & Grounded for the next little while, so if you've been meaning to come, this is your invitation. I'd love to share this space with you one more time.
