A workshop event that highlights body confidence through conversations and spreading awareness Event details: • a 30-minute presentation by our campus dietitian and guest speaker, Dr. Amy Pickering • open-ended discussions about body image, weight bias, BMI, relationships with weight, etc. • scale-smashing activity • conversation highlights about the influence of social media on our self-image • brainstorm ways on how to lessen the stigma about personal weight, and how to set and maintain goals
