50th Homecoming Celebration

The legacy of Tyndale Seminary began with the Toronto Bible Training School in 1894 and continued in 1976 when Ontario Theological Seminary welcomed its first class with a vision to equip leaders for faithful ministry in a changing world. Fifty years later, that mission continues. Today, Tyndale Seminary graduates serve faithfully in churches, communities, classrooms, counselling practices, mission fields, and workplaces across Canada and around the world. Together, we celebrate many stories and one enduring mission: serving the Church and the world for the glory of God. Homecoming Highlights* • 9:00 – 10:00 AM: Registration and Welcome Coffee • 10:00 – 11:00 AM: Celebration Worship Service Featuring the Tyndale Worship Band, an inspiring message from Dr. Michael Krause, and special guests from the inaugural OBC Class of 1976. • 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM: Reunions and Community Connections • Panel discussion with faculty and alumni • Reunions of the OBC Class of 1976, the Alumni Association Chinese Chapter, and additional alumni groups • Casual lunch buffet • 2:30 – 3:30 PM: Distinguished Alumni Celebration Celebrate the 2026 Distinguished Alumni honorees'.** • 3:30 – 4:30 PM: Closing Reception * Schedule subject to change. ** The 2026 Distinguished Alumni will be announced in September.
