Take a seat at a roundtable alongside a curated group of professionals, who are navigating the same spaces you are, and want to hear what you've go to say. There are enough rooms where someone speaks on stage while everyone else listens. You'll obtain better insight by openly pressure testing your situation in one direct conversation with ten individuals than you do from being a bystander in ten lectures. Show up as yourself.
