Barefoot Style Running Lab: In Person

The session will start with dynamic warmups and full body coordinated movements geared to improving our gait mechanics. We will do a few running drills and then practice the new techniques on a short run through the park: 400m or 800m, your choice! The emphasis will be on running efficiency and improving our body's natural elastic ability - not speed. The term "barefoot" refers to the running style, and wearing your regular outdoor footwear is recommended (although optional during the warmup portion). We hope to see you there!
