EVENT DETAILS: Event Name: CENchella World Tour - The Fall Welcome Party Date: September 25, 2026 Time: 5:30PM-12:00AM Location: Alumni Courtyard + Student Centre // 941 Progress Avenue, Scarborough, ON M1G 3T8 ✨ Two Unique Spaces, Endless Vibes: -Alumni Courtyard – A World culture experience featuring a steel pan player to welcome folks, DJs spinning across four different cultures/genres + live artists and a taste of world cuisine truck! -CCSAI Patio + Main Events Hall – Acoustic sets, chill lounges, and interactive arcade games for a laid-back atmosphere. TICKET PRICE: $3 🎨 Your Ticket Includes: -Chill Lounge (19+) – access requires valid government issued ID. -2 Food Vouchers: can be redeemed at any food truck (First 200 people to purchase tickets get 3 vouchers) -Entertainment Stations: Live Illustrator, Henna Tattoo, Face Paint, Luggage Tag Making, VR Station, Mechanical Bull, Arcade games, LED poi dancers etc. -Raffles and Prizes (STAY UNTIL THE END FOR A CHANCE TO WIN: $200 Air Canada Gift Card, Luggage Set, Air Tags & Sony Headphones) -And Coachella inspired atmosphere and vibes with your Centennial College community! Grab your tickets now and let’s make Cenchella World Tour one for the books!💫 ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: -Student ticket holders must present a valid Centennial College student ID upon entry. Guests must present a valid, physical, government issued photo ID upon entry for name and identity verification. -The event is NOT restricted to individuals aged 19+. However, the Chill Lounge is restricted to individuals aged 19 and older. Anyone wishing to access the Acoustic Lounge must present a valid, physical, government issued photo ID indicating their date of birth. -This event is sponsored and presented by the Centennial College Student Association Incorporated. As such, it is subject to all CCSAI and Centennial College policies. All actions undertaken at the event are subject to the Centennial College Code of Conduct. -No large bags or backpacks are permitted at the event. -Attendees will be searched upon entry. -Doors close for entry at 11:00 PM. There is no entry to the Centennial College building. -There are no in-and-out privileges at the event. -Centennial College is a smoke-free campus. A smoking area or patio will not be available. -Entry will only be allowed at the designated entryway (Student Centre Entrance). Individuals attempting to exit/enter at prohibited entrances will be denied entry. -Anyone is subject to be requested to leave the property at the discretion of Emergency Management & Public Safety (EM&PS) or Toronto Police Services. -Emergency Management & Public Safety (EM&PS) and Centennial College Security have the right to refuse entry to the event. ACCEPTED FORMS OF GOVERNMENT ISSUED IDENTIFICATION: -Be issued by a Canadian government OR be an International Passport -Be current (Expired ID is not valid); -Include the person’s photograph and -Include the person’s date of birth Digital copies or photos of identification and international licenses are NOT accepted. Note: By law, no one is required to produce a health card, and the health card number cannot be collected. We will not ask for Ontario Health Cards as identification, but if offered voluntarily, they may be accepted at EM&PS’s discretion. *Student attendees would need a student ID to enter and all guest attendees must provide a valid PHYSICAL government ID. STUDENT, & GUEST POLICY: -Tickets are available for purchase for full-time and part-time students enrolled in a Ministry-approved program at Centennial College. -If you are not a student enrolled at Centennial College or a 2026 recent grad , you will not be eligible to purchase student tickets from CCSAI. -ONE guest per Centennial Student. Guest tickets must be purchased with student tickets. -All students with guests must enter the event together. Guests must be accompanied by the Centennial College student who purchased the ticket to enter the event. -Guests will not be permitted entry without the Centennial student they registered with. -All guests must provide a valid government issued ID as proof of identification to enter the event. Refer to Accepted Forms of Government Issued Identification. TICKET POLICY: -Once a ticket selection is made, we cannot accommodate any changes. -Limit of up to 1 Student and 1 Guest ticket per student. Student and guest tickets must be purchased together. -If you purchased a ticket and are found NOT to be a Centennial College student or Recent Grad, you will not be admitted into the event. -The name on the Student, Recent Grad, or Guest Eventbrite Ticket should match the name of the student and/or guest being admitted. -Tickets will not be sold at the door. All tickets must be purchased through Eventbrite. -Refund requests will be accepted until September 18 at 4:00 PM.No refunds after this date. -The acoustic lounge is exclusive to 19+, and there will be bar service available. We ask that all participants drink responsibly.
