Her approach to childbirth education is warm, practical and grounded in helping parents understand what to expect while feeling confident advocating for themselves throughout pregnancy, labour and birth. Tracy brings years of hands-on experience supporting families through hospital births, inductions, unmedicated births, epidurals, planned and unplanned C-sections, postpartum recovery and the early newborn period.
