Conversations That Open Doors: A Networking Workshop & Breakfast

Networking—but not the way you expect. This in‑person workshop, led by Lorraine Needham, Ivey Certified Executive Coach, reimagines networking as a powerful leadership capability, not a performance or popularity contest. Instead of elevator pitches and forced small talk, we’ll focus on how authentic conversations and meaningful professional relationships quietly open doors, build influence, and shape career trajectories. Over breakfast and with a warm coffee in hand, participants will have the chance to put new insights into practice in a relaxed, real‑world setting - because the best connections happen when you’re simply being yourself.
