Welcome to Season 18 of NotWorking to Networking! 🎉 [IMPORTANT: Please note this event is 100% in Spanish.] Who are we? We are NotWorking to Networking (N2N), a not-for-profit organization that hosts fun weekly industry-specific meetups (in Spanish) for Latin professionals in Canada who want to expand their network and help others in the process. Since January 2021, we've organized 400+ meetups and helped thousands of Latin professionals secure interviews, internships, and FULL-TIME JOBS! 🏆🎉 The Mission To connect Latinos with opportunities through fun, relaxed, industry-specific meetups that build community, create meaningful connections, and break down the barriers that hold people back. The Vision By 2040 we don't want to see Latino immigrants in Canada cleaning floors unless they choose to. We want to see Latinos sitting in the boardrooms, leading companies, and well represented in senior executive positions across Canada. The New Format 🔥 • Industry Expert Fireside Chats & Q&A – Each meetup will now begin with a 15-minute fireside chat / keynote from a successful Latino leader in that industry, sharing key insights, strategies, and lessons learned from their journey in Canada. This will be followed by 15 minutes of audience Q&A, where you can ask them anything before diving into our classic networking format. • A Small Contribution for a Big Impact – Our $20 fee for in-person events helps us cover essential operating costs and ensure N2N can continue to grow and thrive. As a not-for-profit, this small fee allows us to keep building this incredible community and continue helping those who need it most. But don’t worry—our online meetups will remain free for those who live far from Toronto or cannot afford to pay $20 just yet. 💼 Who Should Join?
