Money Moves is a community event built on the simple idea that improving both your physical and financial well-being takes discipline, consistency, and showing up even when it's uncomfortable. So we built one event around both. We’ll start with a workout designed to help you understand your body, build confidence, and feel what strength, mobility, and control actually mean. Then we’ll move into lunch and networking, followed by a real conversation about money, career growth, investing, entrepreneurship, and long-term financial stability. What to Expect Welcome & Community Kickoff Meet other attendees, get settled in, and connect with people who are also investing in their health, finances, and personal growth. Movement Session Led by Coach Jay Agustin of JUNGLE TORONTO. You’ll be guided through a movement session blending strength, mobility, bodyweight training, Animal Flow, and body awareness. Get a great workout, learn how your body moves, and leave with tools you can bring back into your own training and daily life. All levels are welcome. Beginners will feel supported, and experienced movers will still be challenged. Lunch & Networking Enjoy lunch, conversation, and time to connect with attendees, speakers, vendors, and community partners.
