Nature Journaling and Sketching the Fall Salmon Migration

Come join Kim and the Toronto Nature Journal Club for a relaxing morning of nature journaling, sketching, poem writing, and awe as we watch salmon on migration in the Don River! We'll meet outside the Evergreen Brickworks Garden Market at 10 a.m. and then walk together to the Don River Fish Ladder to watch salmon returning upstream to spawn. Bring a sketchbook, pen and/or pencil, something comfy to sit on, snacks, water, and any other art materials you'd like. Be sure to dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes as we'll be walking about 3km. Attendees will receive a free Quick Start Guide to Nature Journaling Zine full of easy activities to get you started with Nature Journaling. Come hang out and make some new friends!
