On November 30th, we present : "The Science of Music as Medicine" by Prof. Frank Russo Ever had a song completely take you over—or pull you out of a bad mood? In this fascinating lecture, Frank Russo explores why music can move us so deeply - and how it may be used to improve mental health and emotional well-being. Drawing from research in auditory cognitive neuroscience, he unpacks the science of musical reward, emotional regulation, and why certain sounds can shift our mood, reduce anxiety, or energize us within minutes.
