Rebuilding Connection and Managing ConflictA Gottman Method–Inspired Workshop Strong relationships aren't built in grand gestures — they're built in small, everyday moments. Join us for an engaging, evidence-based workshop with Liz Waisberg, MSW, RSW at Beaches Therapy Group, drawing on the renowned Gottman 7 Principles to help couples deepen their connection, communicate more effectively, and navigate conflict with greater skill and compassion. In a warm, non-judgmental setting, you and your partner will explore the research-backed foundations of what makes relationships thrive and walk away with practical tools you can start using right away. This is not therapy, it's an educational experience designed to give couples a shared language and a fresh perspective on their relationship. Together, over three hours, we'll explore: Rediscovering your partner's inner world through Love Maps, and how small daily moments build or erode intimacy How appreciation and admiration act as a powerful buffer against resentment Why conflict is normal, and why eliminating it is never the goal Starting difficult conversations more gently, and staying open to your partner's perspective Working through both solvable problems and deeper, recurring disagreements The surprising role of shared meaning your rituals, values, and vision as a couple Repair: the skill research consistently identifies as one of the strongest predictors of relationship success You will also receive a Gottman workbook Whether you're feeling stuck in recurring arguments, navigating a big life transition, or simply want to strengthen what's already working, this workshop was made for you. You'll leave with a shared language and practical tools you can start using together right away because the strongest relationships aren't the ones without conflict, they're the ones that know how to repair.
