Resonance: A Breathwork & Bass Bath Experience

Our first gathering will take place on the autumn equinox, a sacred threshold in the year where light and dark arrive in equal measure. A moment of balance. A pause between seasons. An invitation to honour both what is rising and what is ready to be released. We begin with a somatic breathwork: an active, embodied journey that invites you into sensation, expression, release, and emotional movement. Through the breath, you’ll be guided to awaken what has been held, move what has been stagnant, and meet the parts of yourself asking to be felt. From there, the experience descends into a live ambient bass bath — a deep, resonant soundscape composed in the moment. The bass becomes something you don’t just hear, but feel. A vibration that grounds the body, softens the nervous system, and invites you into integration, surrender, and receiving. Together, breath and bass create a ritual of contrast: the inhale and the exhale, the active and the passive, the masculine and the feminine, the highs and the lows, the light and the dark. This is an invitation into the space between — where the body can release, receive, recalibrate, and remember its wholeness. About the Facilitators Jacqui Farley Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) · Speaker · Facilitator Jacqui is devoted to nervous system restoration and embodied healing through trauma-informed, soul-centred care. Before retiring from a career as a paramedic, Jacqui experienced post-traumatic stress firsthand — leading her to redirect her life’s work toward integration, safety, and sacred remembrance. In her private practice, Jacqui guides founders, leaders, healers, and creatives out of survival mode and back into sensation, meaning, and aliveness — expanding their capacity to hold more life, so healing becomes embodied and impact ripples outward. Graham Huber Live Ambient Music Composer Graham Huber is a live ambient music composer with a lifelong love of sound, music, and atmosphere. During the quiet and uncertainty of the pandemic, Graham began diving deeper into live ambient composition — exploring the ways sound can create feeling, texture, and spaciousness in the body. What began as a personal creative practice has continued to unfold into a deeper passion for crafting immersive soundscapes in real time. Through layered tones, resonance, and bass-driven frequencies, Graham creates music that invites listeners into presence, reflection, and surrender.
