Rumble & Sliving is back for another iconic collaboration for the FORM & FORCE fusion you've been looking for; joining boxing & pilates! FORM & FORCE Experience: • 40 minute Express Boxing class hosted by Rumble Midtown • 40 minute Mat Pilates class hosted by Sliving Studio • Cool down, social & goodie bags • Vendor goodies (this list will be updated as we curate our vendor list!) SCHEDULE 1:45pm – 2:00pm Arrival & check-in at front desk. Rumble team helps with wraps and gloves. Guests are organized into Group A and Group B, then split into A1/A2 and B1/B2. 2:00pm – 2:40pm • Group A1 & A2: 40-min Express Boxing Rumble classes (two simultaneous classes) • Group B1 & B2: 30-min Mat Pilates classes (two simultaneous classes) 2:45pm – 3:15pm Groups switch: • Group B1 & B2: Express Boxing Rumble classes (two simultaneous classes) • Group A1 & A2: 30-min Mat Pilates classes (two simultaneous classes) 3:15pm – 3:30pm Cool down & social time, vendor goodies & bags, photos & videos.
