Sobada 101: An Introduction to Ancestral Womb Care Join me for a beautiful, hands-on introduction to Sobada, an ancestral Mayan practice of abdominal and womb care rooted in connection, healing, and deep respect for the body. Together, we’ll explore the traditions and wisdom behind Sobada while learning foundational techniques to support the womb, abdomen, pelvis, and nervous system. This workshop is also a time to slow down, share a traditional Mayan meal, connect with one another, and create community. A space to learn, nourish, and honour the wisdom of our ancestors together. Come with an open heart, curiosity, and a willingness to connect.
